ADA Auto Club Membership: This is a brief outline of the ADA Auto Club

ADA Standard membership:
15 Mile Towing and Transport to the nearest reliable repair facility
ADA Security Plus:
100 Mile Towing and Transport to the nearest reliable repair facility
ADA Security Plus Recreational Vehicles:
All vehicles up to 26000 GVW/Motorcycles 100 Mile Towing and Transport to the
nearest reliable repair facility
ADA Mobility Transport:
15 Mile Emergency Transport to the nearest reliable repair facility

Eligible Vehicles
Service applies to all licensed, 4-wheeled motor-driven vehicles of the passenger,
pleasure or recreational type. Service applies to wheelchairs and scooters if those
services can be safely delivered with normal servicing equipment.

Wheelchair or Scooter
In the event your wheelchair or scooter becomes inoperable due to mechanical failure
ADA will provide transport to location of choice within coverage limits. This coverage
applies to all membership levels. Special provisions apply if more than 100 miles from
home.

Battery Service
A battery jump will be provided in an effort to start your vehicle. If the vehicle will not
start, towing will be provided. We will upon request provide battery assistance to all
mobility devices.

Tire Changing
A flat tire will be inflated or replaced with your spare tire. If you do not have a spare,
towing will be provided.

Emergency Towing
If you are involved in an accident, notify ADA and a truck will be dispatched to assist
you in accordance with the towing/extrication provision. If the service provider who
arrives on scene was not dispatched by ADA, or you are unable to remain at the
scene, reimbursement consideration will apply. ADA may subsequently seek
reimbursement from insurance companies and/or repair facilities.

Extrication/Winching Service
When a vehicle becomes stuck and can be safely reached from a normally traveled
roadway, service will be provided by one truck and driver. Situations requiring more
operators or equipment will be provided at your expense. If the vehicle cannot be
safely driven after winching, it may be towed.

ADA Security Plus provides a second truck and operator for an hour.

Lockout Service
When keys are locked in the passenger compartment of the vehicle, the service
person will attempt to gain access. If the vehicle cannot be opened, it may be towed.
When keys are locked in the trunk, lost, stolen or broken, ADA locksmith service will be
provided where available. If ADA service is unavailable, a reimbursement up to $50 will
be provided if such service is required to retrieve keys from vehicle, gain access to
passenger compartment or replace lost or broken keys.

ADA Security Plus provides reimbursement up to $100 in parts and labor for
services of a locksmith if such services are required to either gain access to
the passenger compartment, remove keys from trunk, or make the vehicle
drivable.

Fluid Delivery
When a vehicle runs out of fuel or other fluids an emergency supply sufficient to reach
the nearest service station will be brought to the disabled vehicle. ADA cannot
guarantee specific brands, octane ratings or the availability of diesel fuel. If the vehicle
will not start, towing may be provided. Members will be charged for fuel at current
pump prices.

ADA Security Plus provides sufficient fuel or other fluids to reach the nearest
service station FREE OF CHARGE.

Membership Card
You may have service provided during the first 30 days of your membership
year with a valid membership number and personal identification.
( This allows for membership processing) The card can be used only by the
person whose name is on the card. It is not transferable. If you cannot
present a valid, current ADA card to the service driver, there will be a charge
for the service. Your ADA membership card covers you in any car, not just
your car - this means you can be a passenger in any vehicle and still be
covered. This includes road service provided to wheelchair or Scooter users.

Emergency Vehicle Occupant Transportation
This benefit provides for the transportation of up to six passengers of the
disabled vehicle. Occupants are subject to mileage limits of their
membership. All non member occupants will be transported to the same
destination as the ADA member. If the service provider is willing to accept
additional fees for multiple drop locations for non members that is at their
sole discretion. Accessible transportation will also be provided for wheelchair
and scooter users not limited to walkers or other mobility devices. In the
event you are a Mobility Transport member you and the occupants of any
vehicle you may be in will be transported to the ADA members destination of
choice. With-in the coverage limits of the membership.

Scope of Services
As an ADA member, you are entitled to four (4) free Emergency Road
Service or Transportation calls per membership year. Members exceeding
their four (4) calls for emergency road service will be charged a surcharge
rate of $35.00. ADA also reserves the right to limit service, non-renew a
membership, or cancel a membership on a pro-rate basis when a member's
usage exceeds the average usage of all members.

Adverse Weather Conditions
We have made every effort to ensure
that the Club's Roadside Assistance can function under all conditions.
However, when the weather or roads are extremely bad, there may be some
delay before help can reach you. During such times, we try to give priority to
members stranded away from shelter. When such situations exist, we ask
you to please be patient—of course you can seek help from any nearby
service provider.

Towing and Transportation is by far the most time-consuming service the
Club provides. When road conditions are dangerous or when our call volume
is unusually high, towing operations may be temporarily suspended to avoid
excessive delays to members waiting for other services.
