I have had a road service emergency before and even the police could not find
transportation for me. What makes ADA different?
We have spent many years developing our network. When you join ADA the information you
provide allows our service network to respond quickly and efficiently to your service request.

providers within a 100 mile radius of your home. With that said our national service partner

I recently called AAA because my van blew a water pump. I was traveling with 3 of
my children and mother in law who uses a wheelchair. When the tow driver arrived
he informed us he could tow my vehicle but we had to find other transportation.
AAA called an  accessible taxi for us which was great but it cost me $130. If I were
an ADA member would I receive a discount for transportation if the same type of
incident happened again?
You would be charged nothing if you were transported within your membership mileage
limits. Your membership dues cover transportation costs for wheelchair and scooter
transport and multi-passenger accommodation.

You couldn't possibly have coverage in every corner of the Nation.
Your right. No auto club does but regardless of your location once you call for service we
are with you until you are safely home. Even if it means sending a rental vehicle or paying
for a hotel until we can get someone on scene. We mean it when we say we will never leave
you stranded.

How many disablement's and passenger transports  am I allowed each year?
We follow the industry standard of 4. However, in order to maintain fair and reasonable
membership dues for all Members, we review all unusual frequency of claims on the basis of
average Member claims. Usage of services that we consider excessive may result in
limitations of the number of claims allowed, non-renewal, or cancellation of membership.
Excessive use of the plan usually indicates a vehicle in need of maintenance or repair.
